2026 1st Quarter “Leadership Training Seminar”
The 2026 1st quarter’s “Leaders Training Seminar” continues the theme shared by RIWAY International’s Chief Executive Officer Mr Lim Boon Hong, in the previous quarter as Senior Directors and Regional Directors take over the baton, along with the benchmark he has established, setting a steady yet powerful pace for the first training seminar of 2026. This marks not only the first major launch following the 18th Anniversary Gala Dinner, but also symbolises the full commencement of “L18HT IT UP” - continuing to deepen our core theme, ensuring it truly takes root and transforms into concrete action, becoming the strong driving force that propels us forward.
This is also a clear demonstration of “duplication and legacy”, where we see more leaders taking on the role of a speaker across different regions, motivating and inspiring each other, showcasing an international vision and the spirit of giving. And for every leader that goes on the stage, what they deliver is not merely a standard or a piece of content, but an attitude and a belief. More importantly, this spark that is ignited will continue to spread, illuminating more people, inspiring more actions, and ultimately forming a strong cross-region propelling force.
